Let's do this together

When I first started as a Physical Therapist, I was frustrated that I could not see the types of patients that I was most passionate about, runners!  To build out my running practice, I had to find a way to stand out so that runners asked for me by name.  I spent tons of time reading the most recent evidence, but when working with runners, I struggled to remember everything and put it all together.  I realized that what I needed was a systematic approach.

It took years to refine my skills and build the RunDNA system, but it was 100% worth the effort.  Today, I own a thriving clinic which has helped thousands of runners throughout the country reach their therapeutic and performance goals.

I am excited to share everything that I have learned and everything I have achieved to help you build a successful platform for your running clients!
