Breweries that Keep Us Running

Updated: Dec 13, 2021

As promised, we wanted to highlight cool Breweries that are great spots to have a post-run beer after a good run! Thank you to everyone who sent back their favorite brewery routes! These are so cool and made our RunDNA Team want to travel! We’re sharing our favorite responses, so keep scrolling for some fun running in your future!

A PT in our RunDNA Community told us, "We do a group run once a week from Low Tide Brewery in Johns Island, SC (Charleston area)!  They have a great staff and are always accommodating to us runners."

"Our favorite brewery here, Sudwerk Brewing, did their 6th annual Run/Walk for Equality in October.  It was awesome!"

"3 Taverns in Decatur, GA serves as a meeting/finishing spot for a great local Run Club through Fleet Feet in Decatur. Also, Perc Coffee serves as a meeting/finishing spot from time to time with a local run club with the Atlanta Trail Runners group."

"The North Table Mountain loop in Golden, CO is a great after-work run, easy to make it the 7.5-mile main loop or any combination from 3-10 miles with some elevation if you want it. And--bonus!--it ends right across the road from Holidaily Brewing Company, a gluten-free brewery with really (really!) tasty beers."

And lastly, if you're in the Chicago area, check out Illinois Brewery Running Series, or in the Gettysburg area, check out Gettysburg Beer Runners.

Happy Running!
